Katelyn is a born and bred Dunedin girl. With nearly 2oyears of experience in the industry. You've most likely seen her running some of the best Dunedin Cafes over this time and if you've been one of her regular customers you'll know just how much she cares about the service she gives. When Katelyn's not at work you'll find her out for coffee or eating at one of the many Dunedin hotspots and spending time with her partner Ben and dog Gary.

Sammy moved to Dunedin when she was 18 to pursue her culinary career, during this time she spent 2 years working and living in London in fine dining restaurants. On return she has lead kitchens in Head Chef roles; she's been a part of setting up and running multiple well-known Dunedin Restaurants and cafes. Including her own catering business Goodness Grazes, which has been her baby for the past 3 years. With over 20 years in and around hospitality she's a bit of a workhorse. When she's not working, you'll find her walking her dog Lola at the beach with her Husband Daniel.

Why Gary and Lolas?

After a few jokes about opening a business together, we soon realized that it actually just makes sense. With Katelyn's exceptional customer relations and management experience, and Sammy being a Head chef with an extensive background in running kitchens and developing new menus it's the perfect partnership. ​​

Katelyn has a dog called Gary, and Sammy has a dog called Lola so that was a no brainer! Plus, they're really cute so they deserve it.
